Below is the basic structure of the Economy of Behavior Control. It will go over the six main parallels of a financial economy to behavior. 

It's a simplified version of my course, Life's Simplest Strategy.

The Six Economic Parallels

1. Currency

is what we use to buy things.

In the financial economy currency is money.

In the Economy of Behavior Control (EBC) currency is blood sugar

2. Spending

is buying.

In a financial economy we buy things like food and clothes.

In the EBC we buy things like willpower and other conscious behaviors.

3. Working

is earning currency.

In the financial economy we work by trading time and effort for money.

In the EBC we work in two major ways: sleeping and eating. Both of these actions replenish blood sugar.

4. Saving

is reducing waste.

In the financial economy we save by not spending money on things we don't need.

In the EBC we save by not spending blood sugar on redundant and trivial decisions.

5. Investing

is receiving effortless income.

In the financial economy we invest by buying portions of growing companies.

In the EBC we invest by creating effortless behaviors, called habits. 

6. Profit

is getting what you want.

In the financial economy we profit by earning more money than we spend.

In the EBC we profit by behaving the way we intend to.

How to Maximize Profit

1. Work

- Get 8 hours of quality, uninterrupted sleep.

- Only use blood sugar for important decisions.
